They are reliable, thorough in explaining things needed. Staff is courteous and patient, sometimes there's a little difficulty with accents, but never a problem.

They sent notice I was due for refill, and I acknowledged email. Another e-mail was sent stating a new script needed sent. When they received script, medication was promptly sent. Service is great, and price is still affordable.

I have been a customer with Universal Drug Store for over 10 years and they have provided excellent, timely service. The only time in 10 years I had an issue was during the pandemic but Universal Drug Store made right on everything with awesome customer service!!

Great communication back and forth. Any potential shipping delays are taken into account ahead of time. Would like the payment options to be expanded.
