I received the order in a timely manner. The hats weren't awful but not what I was expecting. I thought the lettering would of been embroidery. The hat look better online then in person. But my husband and buddy was fine with the hat.

Loved his gift
Took a long time to recieve, about 3 wks, but was very satisfied with the quality of the product. The personalization just put it over the top. Boyfriend loved it and loved me for the thought.

Good job....but
The hat turned out nice but had 1 flaw with the deer antlers on the front. The only thing that bothered me was the time it took to make it....1 month.

The jacket is beautiful.
The jacket is beautiful and the lettering was good; however, the jacket is thinner than I expected. The jacket was worth the money, though.
