Needed help with disabling the voicemail feature from an extension that gave my address and office hrs. Customer service said voicemail couldn't be removed, but like magic, she added time to the end of my ext greeting file so that callers would not hear the beep right away. Great workaround. Super friendly and quick. Very impressed with Unitel Voice and sales/support staff. Thank you!

I am so impressed with Jenni V. She was a true professional and super knowledgable about your product and helped guide me to understand both the mobile and computer part of the set-up for our new UNITEL number. I would continue with your company forever as long as you have associates like Jenni. Cathy Kasper Director of Operations REsource Los Angeles Realty
