I worked with Bruce on my vehicle shipment, and he was extremely helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. I booked my shipment about two months in advance, and Bruce kept me updated every step of the way. Everything went exactly as planned, including the pickup date and the final price. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY ‼️‼️They will give you a quote and make everything sound so good, then they switch up on you last minute, claiming they had to request a new driver and now it’s double the price of the original price. They don’t stick to their own contract. They are lairs and scammers and just trying to get over on people. Thanks to them I have to leave my car behind in Florida until I can find another shipping company. They need to be shut down.. Nothing but lies from them.. Thank goodness I followed up with them to make sure everything was good for pick up because had I not they would’ve sent the driver and on delivery day the driver would’ve been expecting $1600 from me which I don’t have so they would’ve took my car and put in a garage somewhere collecting more fees. By the way this all happened the same day my car was suppose to be picked up. I was promised everything was good to go just lies for no reason. Save yourself the trouble and find another company. I reported them to the BBB
