David was my point of contact for my car transport from Missouri to Arizona. I initially received a quote of $475. However, the day before pickup, I was informed that the total cost had increased to $850. While I expected a possible increase based on reviews, I did not anticipate it nearly doubling. David remained professional and understanding when I expressed my concerns. He calmly explained the booking process, which helped me feel more comfortable moving forward, just wished it was explained at the beginning. However, the timing and size of the price increase made the experience a little difficult to plan for. Customers should be aware that the quoted price may change substantially right before pickup. If I use this company again, it would be with that expectation in mind, and I would choose to work with David due to his professionalism.

After selling a vehicle I owned for over 26 years, the buyer chose USAS Inc to have it shipped from Virginia to Texas. It was a little challenging to arrange the actual pickup date and location, because our, somewhat, remote home location isn’t tractor trailer friendly and we had no one else to leave the car and keys with. The original driver’s truck unfortunately broke down enroute from New Jersey. Nevertheless, David and USAS Inc are EXTREMELY well connected with auto transportation carriers and drivers! They quickly got in touch with Max and sent the amazing driver Ahmad, with JETTCO INC out of Philadelphia, PA, who did a marvelous service on a date and at a time that worked perfectly for all us! Together, their teamwork made the dream work! Our baby is now safe and sound in the driveway of her new owner.

Roger was very quickly and got exactly what I asked for, it only lacked a CLEAR communication between all parties, I got my car with no issues. If Roger got this communication situation solved it’s a EASY 5 starts. John Florida
