I confirmed 3 different times prior to hiring them they had a driver available to pickup my vehicle the next day (hired on Monday). This did not happen. The next day (Tuesday) I was assured it would be picked up on Wednesday. Again, did not happen. On Thursday (the day it was supposed to be delivered) they still could not guarantee pickup. I told them I was going to cancel and suddenly they did have a driver available, however, they wanted to almost double their original rate from $550 to $950. I told them no, they needed to honor their price and if they had to hire a new driver that was their problem to workout, not mine. They refused to do so and insisted I have to pay the new rate (mind you, three days after it was supposed to be picked up and the day it was supposed to be delivered). I cancelled and they are now attempting to keep my deposit. Absolutely do not use.

Had a really solid experience working with Paul. He was straightforward, kept communication clear, and stayed on top of the details from pickup to delivery. No surprises with pricing, no runaround, just smooth coordination and a safe delivery. Definitely someone you can rely on.
