I had an absolutely fantastic experience with this company! They handled my move with such professionalism and care. What impressed me the most was how patient they were with my large and chaotic family. They even managed to make the kids laugh and smile during a stressful day. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

So, I hired this moving company and I have one major complaint... they didn't find my lost remote! But, they did a fantastic job with everything else. Plus, now I have an excuse to upgrade my TV. Thanks, guys!

When I read all the reviews people write here, I feel like I have to be super creative. So, let me paint you a picture...Our story unfolds on a normal day turned extraordinary by the whirlwind of moving. Enter our heroes - the movers. They came, they saw, they conquered... my enormous pile of stuff! I mean, they didn't leave a single thing behind. Now that's commitment to the job, if you ask me. And boy, did they do it well! I'd almost think they had done this before.I mean, they packed up everything, loaded it into their big fancy truck, and whisked it all away to my new place. It was almost like watching a well-choreographed ballet, except with less tutus and more packing tape. So yeah, there's my attempt at a 'creative' review. Long story short, they did good. Really good.

I cannot praise United Regions Van Lines enough for the superb service they provided during my move. The teams involved in both the loading and unloading process demonstrated exceptional skill and professionalism, making the entire relocation process effortless. Their continuous communication and efficiency played a crucial role in streamlining the move.I'd like to extend my gratitude to the entire team, especially Tom and Laura, who were in constant contact with me, ensuring I was kept up-to-date with any alterations post-loading. Very poor service. Because my belongings were pack with two other clients moving from the west coast, several boxes never made it to my destination. When I contacted the company to report all of the missing items they basically said submit a claim. I suspect that the two other clients received some of my boxes. I do not recommend using this company if you value your belongings. Worst move of my life!!!

Several previous reviews are similar to mine. I can’t caution you enough but please read on. 1. If you receive a bid that is not guaranteed, you will not be happy. 2. If you receive a bid that doesn't have a "maximum guarantee" amount, you will not be happy. 3. If your salesman tells you delivery in 7 days and your driver tells you 2 days and the company berates you, because you signed a contract that allows 17 days, you will not be happy. 4. If your driver tells you, "this is all b******t", you will not be happy. 5. If your delivery guy wants an additional $300 dollars at delivery for the stairs, even though there was an elevator, you will not be happy. 6. If your original bid was $14,000 and the company eventually charges you $20,000, you will not be happy, 7. If the driver tells you that they will load and deliver on the same truck, avoiding unloading and reloading from a warehouse, you will not be happy. 8. If you pay for a full pack but pack some of your own stuff, don't expect any reduction in price. You will not be happy. 9. If you unwrap many items packed by the company during move in but they still want an additional $300, after having already paid them an ADDITIONAL $7000, you will not be happy. 10. If you think your move is costing one amount but they want an additional 50%, and then, after they’ve picked up your stuff, won’t even give you a delivery date until you pay, you won’t be happy. 11. If your dining room table has a huge gouge in the top and a chair leg was completely broken off, you will not be happy. 12. If you use ANY moving company besides United Regions Van Lines, you will be happier.

Moving from New York to California was making me nervous. I was thinking about a bunch of things that could go wrong. Like, I didn't think they'd find parking because it's always so packed. Plus, my elevator is super small, and I was worried my big furniture wouldn't fit. And then, I was also stressed they wouldn't deliver everything on time. I already planned my moving-in day and didn't want any delays. But you know what? It was all good. They found parking without any problem. They fit my furniture into the elevator just fine. And guess what? They were right on time for delivery. I was worried for nothing. These guys are pros, they handled everything perfectly.

Moving from SF to DC. was a significant task. My house was full of furniture, countless fragile items, and a collection of books that would rival any small library. This moving company was top-notch. They clearly explained the entire process from the first consultation and even offered some handy packing tips since I preferred to handle the packing myself. Their crew was professional and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for better service.
