The moving team was great. Mike and Blake were efficient and commutative.

My pick up of our belongings was wonderful. A team of three showed up and promptly got to work. Be prepared that you didn’t pack everything as needed for your items to be safe. The team packed my fragile items extra, which did cost but it protected the items so much better. My delivery driver experience was also great. Mike delivered our household all by himself as his teammate was stuck in a snowstorm. He was awesome and very organized.

A big family and dogs might find moving difficult, but this company made it easy. We got great advice from the front desk man, and we talked about our needs, as well as the needs of our dogs. The packing crew was punctual, but they also thought about our kids and pets.

I was impressed by the care and attention to detail displayed by the movers from this company. They handled my belongings with the utmost care, ensuring that nothing was damaged during the move. Even fragile items arrived in perfect condition, which is a testament to their skill and expertise.

Moving from LA to WA surpassed all expectations, embodying the epitome of perfection. Their punctuality, evident both in meeting deadlines and providing accurate quotes, ensured a smooth experience. Furthermore, the proficiency displayed by their personnel, from swift movers to knowledgeable office staff, added an extra layer of assurance. Notably, their pricing strategy, which remains competitive despite delivering top-notch service, sets them apart from the competition.

United Regions Van Lines was hired based on rates they gave me which later changed. This is the absolute worst moving company I’ve ever heard of. Communication is terrible. They quoted one price then hit me up at midnight during packing for $10k more even though the way they were packing was designed to take more space. They told me if I didn’t approve I could move the stuff myself. There was no customer service to talk to at this time. The movers were taking food out of my pantry and eating it right in front of us. They drove rented trucks. They drive these trucks all over my lawn causing damage and I was told that’s not their problem. The customer service team was closed for a couple of days after my items were picked up and ignored my claims but called me back to figure out how I was I going to pay them more money. I debated how much they were charging and was told I needed to pay to get my stuff. It took 3 weeks to get my stuff. They would not tell me when it was coming. This is maddening. When the moving truck came I measured the space filled and it was considerably less then what I was charged for and customer service would not acknowledge. There was a considerable amount of damage to my items. The movers didn’t do a proper job labeling the boxes so the movers on the delivery end had to open up all boxes to figure out where they get delivered to. By my calculations I was overcharged by $10k. Stay away from this company. Doing business with them feels like you are being constantly violated and taken advantage of. I have researched them quite a bit since my experience and found that they have consistently terrible reviews and the safety of their drivers and equipment is unsafe according to government websites. There is absolutely no reason to deal with these people.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I got 4 different estimates when looking for a company to move from LA to Orlando. This company came in at the lowest price ( still not cheap) after doing a video walkthrough and my go to contract David Dowlings was professional and very responsive at the time. One week before the move , Lisa calls to go over everything and lo and behold, David left out many things on his estimate and now the price jumped over $3000! At this point I had no choice but to pay. The movers themselves came right on time and did a great job packing. In the contract I signed , it said delivery is between 1-17 days. I told David that this was a concern of mine as I was driving myself across and needed to arrange to get there around the same time as the movers. He assured me not to worry, that they load up the truck the following day and since they only drive 400 miles a day, we agreed that we both should arrive in 16 day. My shipment has been sitting in the original depot for 6 days now and no one can give me any information regarding when it will be ready to ship. So now I’m arriving at a house that has none of my personal items or furniture. Now I need to find a place to live with my 100 pound dog and no belongings Customer Service is rude and unhelpful I later come to read there are over 30 lawsuits pending for these exact reasons Do yourself a favor and DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY UPDATE: Shipment finally arrived after almost 3 weeks. There were 3 guys working to unload. After about an hour, one guy leaves for over 2 hours. It was the first day for another guy ( he was clueless on what needed to be done) and the other guy was great( thank goodness!) It took them over 7 hours to unload as it was mainly one guy doing the work. After unpacking everything, many glass items were broken. Lots of fragile things wrapped in my sheets and towels and jammed tightly into boxes were broken My husband’s expensive suits and dress shirts were thrown into the bottom of wardrobe boxes instead of having them hung in those boxes and were a wrinkled mess. Complete disaster from beginning to end. This company and all involved should be ashamed of themselves!
