SERGIO, Employee of the Century. He needs a raise and a promotion.
One person, one name made my experience wonderful and that is SERGIO!! He was extremely helpful and kind. He went above and beyond to make sure he put me at ease and that he was doing everything in his power to get me to a place where I was satisfied and happy. He explained everything to me and was very patient with me. He got the information for me that I needed. He called me back with more information. His communication skills are excellent. I was so nervous about my passport not getting to me in time, he told me what to do step by step when the paperwork comes. And the affordability he hepled me out with. It was such a pleasant experience. I want him everything I call or need help with my passport. He truly needs a big fat raise and a Promotion. You have a excellent employee, please hold onto Sergio. I had a wonderful experience despite the reviews I read online before hand. Soqur was really helpful with everything I had issues with. I first thought they were scammers but until I called and spoke with an agent and he explained everything on how they help you process your application for your passport. So to the public, I am saying to you, they’re not scammers, they are a legitimate company that’s under the government. Thank you again for your service, I really appreciate your help.

My chat consultant Abby helped me with photo and edits!
My chat consultant Abby helped me with taking a passport photo at home (how to) and waited patiently while I figured out how to transfer the photo from my phone to my application. Then, when my stepmother called and I realized I had made a mistake on my dad's birth year and home town, she sent me a link to edit the application right away so it could possibly still be processed that same day. Rock and Roll, Abby! I told her she gets an A+++ in my book!!
