If I could give zero stars I would. To echo others, this is the FIRST HIT on Google. It presents itself in the color scheme of a US govt site and as a one stop shop for passport renewal. I cannot renew my minor child's passport via United Passport and must follow all of the steps on the legitimate US government website and pay the standard $130 child passport fee. I have attempted cancelation via United and they replied that they'd process the application (they are not the government and cannot do this) at a reduced fee, which is unacceptable. Now United has our money and sensitive information while continuing to scam others. I have contacted Amex to register a dispute and hope they will be as efficient as other credit card companies that have blacklisted this vendor. Reimburse us, United Passport.

Do Not Use Unitedpassport! It poses as an official government passport service. They charged me $184 to fill out a form and print a picture. Misleading. Now a strange company has our most sensitive data.

This is not an authentic US gov website. Avoid it.

A SCAM. Why does google allow this business to run ads and take the top spot when you search for passport renewal?

I thought I was on the .gov website and provided all of the requested information, including my SS#. My attempt to pay for the service was denied twice, so I called my credit card company. They said the website is on their blacklist because it's been flagged for fraud. Glad they caught this before I paid! I am worried, however, that this site has collected all of my personal information.

I ALMOST FELL FOR THIS SCUM BUSINESS. STUPID GOOGLE ADS ARE PUTTING THIS WEBSITE AT THE TOP. I REALIZED IT WAS A SCAM WHEN I SAW IT COST $183 TO PROCESS THIS DATA I ENTERED. I WAS LIKE WHAT DOESN'T IT COST $130??? BUT I SAW THE $130FEE IS SEPERATE, WTF AM I PAYING 183 FOR??? FOR THEM TO PRINT OUT MY FORM??? I CAN DO THAT MYSELF AT THE LIBRARY FOR $2 SCAM SCAM SCAM BEWARE

Very misleading and a total scam. Paid $183 for them to fill in my papers for me and print off a picture. I'm incredibly worried about my personal information being compromised from this stupid website. Contacted them about trying to delete my info and also get a refund and haven't gotten a response. UPDATE 2/7/2026: I received a phone call from a lady in Indiana who had received my passport paperwork with all of my personal information on it. Thankfully she was very nice and said she was going to shred it (and I've already froze all my credit lines, ssn, debit card, etc.) but she has no idea where her paperwork was sent to. So, they sent all of my personal information to a random person and potentially hers as well.

Scammers! Paid them $232 so they can mail you the application home and then tell you to go to usps and apply yourself and pay another $220 government fee
