Absolutely terrible scam business!!! They have sent me a watch that was the poorest most terrible quality I have ever witnessed... I spent 1500 for a panda Rolex Daytona clean factory and they sent me the worst version possible .. they don't communicate at all when you ask them questions.. they are extremely rude .. and they refuse to fix the situation.. they are denying me a refund or a better watch alternative.. one of the " employees" actually blocked me on what's up app.. I'm going to be disputing this transaction with my bank and I have many friends who have had terrible experiences as well that are going to also write bad reviews ..

I have 10 watches from United Luxury and business is always smooth. If you do your research and ask questions, they will guide you on which watches might be better quality than others. They always aim to do good business and Adam is always a great help. United Luxury is the only place I will get my watches from. Salute!

I just purchased my first Superclone from United Luxury and have been extremely happy with all facets of the purchasing process. They answered all my email questions immediately and were very easy to work with. My watch came to me as advertised and I was kept up to date with all the shipping information. I am going to order another watch from them. Prior to this purchase I bought a watch from a vendor in India. It was a complete s___ show! They took forever to answer my email questions and it took six weeks to get the watch delivered. When it did arrive it wasn't working properly and they are not making it easy to return it so I canceled that purchase with my credit card company. My purchasing experience with United Luxury was the complete opposite of my experience with the other vendor. Trust them they will deliver!!!!

Excellent expience and great looking and funcOrder took exactly 20 days. During this time, Mike was very helpful in getting me shipping updates. At first, i was unable to get the seconds hand to work, but Mike explained the button i had to press to get it working. I'm very happy with the experience.
