I bought an expensive watch that looked great but didn’t work from the start. I reached out for help and was ignored six times. It wasn’t until I mentioned leaving a public review that they finally responded. Their communication has been absolutely atrocious. Despite promising to reimburse me for postage, they haven’t done so. After weeks of waiting, I still haven’t received a replacement watch. They assured me multiple times it was being shipped, yet nothing has arrived. I’ve been told nine times now that I would get an email or call from their support team, but I’m still waiting. This has been a nightmare experience from beginning to end. Avoid this company at all costs!

I had a horrible experience with this company. First, it was impossible to get a status update on my order. They would tell me “we will get back to you” and then just go dark. It took over 3 weeks to receive my order. The watch arrived without a box or any usual packaging. After all that, the movement was clearly poorly manufactured. The seconds hand is moving jumpy, slowing down, jumping, accelerating. There is no was it is beating at 4Hz as advertised. I wrote to them over and over, sending videos comparing the movement to other watches. They actually admitted that there was an issue. But then they wanted me to ship the watch to China on my dollar so they “could investigate the issue”. After the experience with the order in the first place, I’m not sure I’d even ever get it back. The competing companies with which I worked a lot, would offer a replacement on the spot. If you want to have a good experience move on to somewhere else and stay away from this shop. They have no concept of customer service, nor do they care about whether you are happy or not. They will take you money and that is all that matters to them. Stay away!!!!

Great all around service. Very fast and simple to the point.

Paid 1300$ for a watch , and they sent it to the wrong address , was able to have the watch sent back to them but now they have stopped communicating with me . So took my money and never sent me watch. Got scammed

I previously posted a very negative review which was based on what I felt was taking too long for the watches to arrive, and feeling I was getting the runaround (even though they did respond quickly to queries). The watches (2) finally arrived, about a month after the order was placed. In retrospect, given these are replicas shipped from China, this wasn't all that bad. The watches are actually very impressive replicas with what appears to be sturdy movements. Both watches were also covered in a fine film for protection, and the Rolex even included a tool for adjusting the bracelet. A great alternative for those that don't want to spend the outragous secondary market prices on certain watches.

Totally wasted my money buying from UnitedLuxury. Product quality is very poor and they do not provide any service as promised.

Scammed out of watch, lost my watch in fed ex and have not put any effort into recovering it or sending me another one. Customer support stopped responding to me as i have been asking for updates and the issue has persisted for over 6 months.
