I have been using my own spreadsheet to track my finances but this program is like a spreadsheet on steriods! I takes the guess work out of what and when to pay and the algorithms running can get you out of debt and save faster. I was going through a divorce and needed to remove some debt that I was no longer responsible for and they were very helpful in clearing the information that was no longer valid. It is pricey but for what it offers it is worth it. Audrey was very helpful and kind. She cleared my history so I could start from scratch.

It’s been a great tool to manage my expenses and help me save on interest, it was quite hard at the beginning, but it’s feeling a lot more comfortable with time. Thanks

I was able to pay off Harley and 2 credit cards, putting more money in my pocket for other bills ($750), but the system only wanted me to pay off 3 credit cards, putting $400 back in my pocket. Also, when you tell it to focus on a bill, it will wait months before trying to pay any type of substantial payment to it. I also think it is trying to utilize more money from savings and transfers instead of building savings and leaving the income there. (Yes I have a minimum amount I want in that account) and it doesn't update to give the next thing to tackle in paying down debt faster. Example, now I have $750 extra a month and it isn't tackling anything, why wouldn't the system think we have extra money, let's attack another bill that is set in the focus.

Good upfront overview of the program. The technology is user friendly and easy to adapt. Very pleased after my first month in the program.

I’ve only been using the system for a few months, and while I’m still learning, I can already see the impact. It’s helping me think differently about debt, wealth, and how I manage my money. The structure makes sense, the results are starting to show, and I’m genuinely excited to see what’s next. Working with Kelly Roesler is an added benefit.

I would really like to see the full picture and not just a 3 month snapshot. I do like how it plans out all up coming expenses and tackles debt.

The agent I dealt with initially to sign up, top notch! I tried to call on Friday 04.18 to cancel me account. They were closed for Good Friday. I called today 04.22 to cancel and I get the run around that I won't hear anything back for 7-10 days. There is no confirmation of a cancellation. There is no superviser to speak with. I dealt with an agent telling me that I should have called yesterday as today is one month and one day. I was put on hold for over 20 min. I have spent over 90 min on this today with no resolution. I have called me bank to put a stop payment on the account in effect and to report fraudulant services. The program might be amazing but the 3 agents I dealt with today are pathetically inept at handing any situation. UPDATE!! So I spoke with a superviser named Brittney. We went over the isues I was having and she was able to help me find a resolution to the problems and a way to keep things moving without me cancelling the program. She was awesome!
