When purchasing my 2020 XT5 I made sure I chose the best car care service plan available. The cost wasn’t the concern only that the vehicle would be cared for when in need of a major repair. I didn’t expect to need major service just 6 months after owning the vehicle. The cost of repairs was almost 4k and my deductible was $100, a great deal. I was concerned with the chosen repair location estimating the maintenance labor hours and parts at a higher margin because of the premium car care plan. I had all the labor and part’s itemized which helped keep everyone honest. Thank you for great service and beneficial business. I will opt for this car care contract on all my future purchases.
