United Book PublishingReviews of unitedbookpublishing.com

The production of my website took longer than I had hoped. However, if you go to my website countryballadsandbooks.com, you'll see the final results were worth it. The team I worked with--Jeffrey, Michael Cole, Marvin Cole, and Mike Amiri--were very courteous. They almost made me feel like I was part of their family. My website features two of my novels, Ride The Whirlwind and its spinoff, The Unknown Son. The website also contains country ballads I have written over the years, as well as Gospel music written and recorded by my friend Hank A Thompson. The folks at UBP were very helpful and respectful of my input. As mentioned above, it all took a fair amount of time to get it up and running, but I'm more than pleased with the results.

The most important aspect of this project was the ability to make sure that all of my work was completed in a timely fashion and that the staff had lots of patience time and understanding in what I was trying to do. They were kind and willing to work with me.

I have been working with Kevin Reed and he is great! Kevin Reed explains everything to me and he is very easy to talk to and understands. I just made my 1st children’s book and he has been wonderful to work with. Thank you so much!

I like the customer service. Each person I dealt with was polite and knew how to walk me through the process of publishing my book. Their patience and knowledge of the craft reflected in their professionalism. Thank you, Mr. Marvin and Mr. Jeffrey.

Before choosing a publisher, I spent a great deal of time researching the publishing process and speaking with several companies. As a first-time author, I wanted to understand how everything worked and find a team I could trust. That search led me to United Book Publishing, and it proved to be an excellent first publishing experience. Two individuals who guided me throughout the entire process were Aron Parker and Kevin Reed. From the very beginning, they treated me with courtesy, professionalism, and genuine kindness. They patiently answered my questions, explained each step clearly, and made what initially felt like unfamiliar territory much easier to navigate. Seeing my first professionally published art book available on major platforms like Amazon and Barnes & Noble is a quiet but deeply meaningful accomplishment. I truly appreciate the guidance and support Aron and Kevin provided in helping make that milestone a reality. If I could give United Book Publishing six stars, I gladly would. Thank you for making my first publishing experience such a positive one. — Rick Garcia

I am a perfectionist, and a proofreader. Aron and his team worked with me until everything was how I wanted it to be. Their patience was exemplary.

I had a great experience with these guys, Aron and Kevin Reed were always helpful and always ready to help with anything I needed, it was a long long process; and i had a lot of requests, they work with me and help me all the way. The book is ready and out, and they are still helping me with questions i might have. They are a great team and do really good professional work!

I had started my projects with a different company, but did not feel comfortable and went shopping for another and found UBP and haven't looked back. Each person I have worked with has been remarkable, professional, enthusiastic and very helpful to this first time author.
