The people at United American moving and storage, were amazing! James, our representative, was really clear about everything, making sure we wouldn't face any surprise charges. We were moving a long way—2800 miles—and our goal was to finish it within 14 days. But guess what? United American not only got it done in 14 days, but they finished the whole move in just 12 days! And they kept us updated throughout the entire cross-country move. Our mover, James, was awesome! He was on time, super quick, pro, nice, and friendly. He helped load the van and was really polite and chatty the whole time. I'd totally recommend this company. They went above and beyond to help us out.

I found myself in a last-minute scramble, needing a moving truck within 24 hours. The previous company I'd initially chosen, despite being $500 cheaper, suddenly hiked their price by $1800 just two days before my move. That's when I turned to United American Moving and Storage, the company I should've chosen from the start. Right from the get-go to the very end, everyone was incredibly professional and friendly. They made sure everything was crystal clear and that everyone was on the same page before we kicked things off. The driver and movers were punctual, tidy, and impressively skilled. My move was quite complex, leaving me without a wink of sleep the night before. But thanks to their efficiency, everything went exactly as planned. Kyle, their representative, was a game-changer! His assurance and support made a huge difference. I can't emphasize enough how much it mattered during such a hectic time. I'm beyond pleased! I highly recommend United American Moving and Storage and will unquestionably call on their services again for the next leg of my move. A huge thank you to the entire team, especially to Kyle!

I made my reservation on the 3rd of December 2023. I was relocating from Scottsdale Arizona to Danbury Connecticut. In my review of United American Moving and Storage, I want to highlight their exceptional service during my relocation. On the day of the move, unexpected charges totaling $700 surfaced. However, United American Moving and Storage stood by their commitment and, after discussing the situation, successfully secured a full reimbursement for these additional expenses. Their dedication to their word and their swift resolution of the issue exemplify their integrity and reliability. I'm immensely grateful for their professionalism and would highly recommend their services.

After my mother fell victim to a romance scam, resulting in her unwitting commitment to a psychiatric facility due to substantial financial losses, we discovered she had placed her house for sale, intending to relocate for someone she'd never met, isolating herself from her family. Seeking moving assistance, she had initially reached out to United American Moving and Storage. Following the scam's revelation, I contacted United American to request a refund of my mother's deposit. Remarkably, upon explaining the circumstances, the company displayed exceptional honesty and promptly issued a full refund. Their understanding and swift action in this difficult situation are immensely appreciated. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the team at United American for their invaluable assistance.

I was thoroughly impressed with Daniel from United American Moving and Storage. His meticulousness with the inventory was remarkable. He ensured everything was accurately listed, especially the larger items. What truly stood out was that their promise of an accurate inventory translated into reality. There were no surprise charges for additional items or hidden fees. Everything unfolded exactly as Daniel assured us it would. The smoothness of the entire moving process was a testament to Daniel's professionalism and the company's commitment to delivering on their word. United American Moving and Storage didn't just meet our expectations; they surpassed them. For anyone seeking a moving company that values accuracy, transparency, and delivers on their promises, I highly recommend United American Moving and Storage. Thanks to Daniel and the team, our move went exactly as planned, without any unexpected surprises.

"I've moved a lot in my sixty years, and I've never had such great movers until today. United American Moving and Storage's team was fantastic. They were on time, worked really hard, were polite, careful, and got the job done efficiently. They treated each other and us with kindness, even in hot and humid weather and some tricky situations. I'm happy to say that there were no unexpected costs at the end, which was a pleasant surprise. I was also pleased with how honest the company was about how my furniture would be delivered. They didn't give an exact delivery date but dropped it off on the second to last day in the delivery window. That was really important to me. Your team's coordination and communication were outstanding and enjoyable to work with. If I ever move again, you'll be my top choice, and I'll recommend you to everyone. Well done!"

"I got an online estimate from United American Moving and Storage, and they called me back in a few hours with a great price. So, I booked their services over the phone, which was really straightforward. They kept me informed about what would happen next. The moving crew came in, did their work, and left. It was an uncomplicated process. When they picked up my belongings, they did a fantastic job packing everything carefully to prevent any damage. They used blankets to wrap things, which was a smart move, and it was done quickly. I would suggest United American to anyone in need of a moving company. Also, I was really pleased when they took the time to disassemble my hot tub properly by bringing in a third-party company, and they didn't charge me extra for it, just their regular hourly rate."

I'd like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by United American Moving and Storage during my recent move. Initially, I had made arrangements with another moving company, but my moving day turned into a frustrating surprise when they suddenly tacked on an extra $3,000 to my bill. It left me in a difficult situation and quite upset. However, my experience took a dramatic turn when I contacted United American Moving and Storage within 24 hours of this unexpected situation. Not only were they incredibly responsive, but they also managed to adjust their schedule to accommodate my move promptly. Their team arrived punctually and conducted the entire process with professionalism and efficiency. They took great care in securely packing and transporting my belongings, ensuring everything arrived without any problems. What's more, their pricing was transparent and fair, a refreshing contrast to my prior experience. Thanks to United American Moving and Storage, what initially appeared as a moving nightmare transformed into a seamless and stress-free transition to my new home. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in search of reliability, fairness, and a company that genuinely values their customers' well-being. They not only saved the day but surpassed all my expectations.
