United AirlinesReviews of unitedairlines.com

I flew from lax to London Heathrow on an extremely packed flight and had an awful flight from NZ to LA the day before so was not looking forward to my flight, well what can I say the flight attendants where marvellous the seats were a good size and the pilot very informative , the airport staff were friendly and helpful too all in all a very pleasant experience

I would like to say a big thank you to the desk staff at LHR front desk for United Airlines and the checking in baggage desk. I could not fly as planned yesterday to San Francisco because I did not realise I needed the ESTA ( electronic system travel authority) required documentation. It was extremely stressful, but I was able to fly the next day as United Airlines desk staff at LHR sorted out rearranging all my flights at no extra cost, once my ESTA application had been authorised. I would have been so sad not to be able to travel to see my son and grandson in NZ and was so relieved not to have to pay any extra costs for the rescheduled flights to San Francisco, Auckland and Queenstown. Thank you United Airlines Team Jane E

Best airline experience to date! We flew four long-haul flights over a three week period for our honeymoon. All staff both on the ground and in the air for all flights were friendly, helpful and really showed that they cared. We had great conversations with a few individual flight attendants over the flights, who were all very pleasant. Will definitely fly United again!
