Ich fliege seit Jahren transatlantische Strecken mit United Airlines und wähle nach Möglichkeit unter allen Star-Alliance-Partnern immer diese Airline aus. Bei meinen sicher 10 Flügen hat alles immer perfekt geklappt, von Buchung bis hin zum eigentlichen Flug. Die Polaris-Klasse ist großartig (vor allem, wenn man alleine reist), viel bequemer kann eine Business Class kaum sein.

Ich fliege echt viel & hatte nun das erste Mal mit United das Vergnügen. Ich hatte bei meinem günstigen Flugpreis kaum Erwartungen & wurde mehr als positiv überrascht. Mit einer mini Verspätung von 15 min ging es los. Der Flieger war sehr neu (2017 erster Flug). Mehr als genug Beinfreiheit bei den normalen Economy Sitzen. Die Crew war super freundlich, es gab Snacks, Lunch und bestimmt 5-6 mal trinken ohne danach fragen zu müssen & nicht nur eingeschränkte Becher? Dosen + ein Becher mit Eiswürfel. Die Crew auf unserem Flug war im Schnitt 45-55 Jahre, super sympathisch und haben gute Laune im Flieger versprüht. Es gab zum Lunch, ein veganes, ein vegetarisches und ein Fleischgericht zur Auswahl. Die Entertainment Auswahl war wirklich riesig und ich finde leider wirklich nichts was ich hier negativ aufführen könnte.

I had a non-refundable domestic flight reservation with United. Due to the war in Israel I couldn’t reach the flight in the US. I filled a form to get an exception due to the circumstances. In few hours I got approved and the money got back to my credit card account in 24 hours. Great service!

My flight was cancelled from orlando (connection in newark) to shannon ireland due to weather. They got me on new flight to newark and the connection flight waited for us for 40mins. Staff were great. Comfortable seats. Food was good from irleland to newark, food not great from newark to ireland. Overall happy

I was flying with United Airlines. It was an awesome experience. I slept well on the plane. All the flight attendants were so nice, and the pilot flied well. I will recommend this airline.

I flew UA many times. The flight attendants are almost always very friendly, on long haul flights the seating is very good. Most lounges in the US have been upgraded the last couple of years so overall a nice experience for me.
