June 12 RDU-DEN UA 606 10:40 SEAT 14D DEN-YVR 4:20 SEAT 22D Absolutely froze on both flights! I had long pants and a sweater on. Other passengers feeling the same especially on the second flight. Mentioned it to the staff...didn't make any difference. People were turning off the air above their seats as well as any empty seats...did not help! near the back of the of the plane it seemed warmer. My son then took the same plane later that night from YVR to DC and had the same experience!!

Awful airline, I call to cancel my flight and ask if I was going to get a refund, after sending my credential the customer service representative assure me I was going to get my money back on my card. Nothing happened, When I follow up with customer service they told me they were not going to proceed with my refund ... Such unprofessionalism is unheard off..... Awful Airline to fly with.

They specified seats for the ill-fated Max they continue to use from Boeing. Might as well bring a lawn chair it's more comfortable. I know they need to reduce weight but there new seats are not acceptable even in first class. No one cares anymore about customer sat it is all lip service. Just make more so Wall Street raises the stocks for managements stock options. They charge me $8 for wifi and I actually pay for first class. This is wrong. If Delta ran CLE-LAX and back non-stop I would never use United. Oh yes, the wifi works half the time on my flights. I will say the crews we get are wonderful and they really try. Also, the ads that there are TV's in every seat is a lie. And they wonder why we hate them so much. I wish another airline, not low fare crap, ran this route non-stop (direct is not non-stop it simply means you don't skip planes on the next segment) because all of us would switch ASAP. Again I pay for first class and get treated like trash and don't even start me on the food which is the most unhealthy, sugar laden crap they can buy. Go try Delta's food. Much healthier and you can actually eat it. Yes I have complained to United about all this and get lip service.

The title sounds a bit dramatic, trust me I know but it’s the honest truth. We were flying from Vegas to Cancun with a short layover in Houston. They sent ourbag to Newark…… not like a mistake was made with the transfer, nope they just sent it to Newark. Better yet the bag that contained all of my wife’s pregnancy medications. So after explaining how important this t was that the bag be in in the same location as us (novel idea for baggage I know). We had it explained that shipping it the that night of would be to expensive and it would be here next day… sooooo what did I pay a baggage fee for my bags to be with me when I landed……

I recently booked our honeymoon trip through a travel agency. This trip has a total of 5 flights, 3 with United Airlines and 2 with Swiss Air. When going to Swiss Air's website I was able to upgrade my two flights from economy to premium economy on one and business class on the other. When going to United's website I could only upgrade 2 out of 3. Upon calling tech support now over 6 times and getting my service request escalated, I have received 6 different reasons and solutions. All their reasoning made no sense and their solutions did not work. They even suggested I contact my travel agent and upgrade the class of seat for each flight. But that is insane since I already paid to upgrade 4 of the flights directly and I would essentially be charged double. When I was told I could upgrade the final flight with United airline miles, but not cash is where I draw the line. I would have to purchase 40,000 United miles plus $1000 in cash ( which i find humorous that they can take cash in this sense but not the other) all to be on a seat waitlist. But customer support has told me the have plenty of open seating right now in the premium economy section which is what I wanted to upgrade to? See they prioritize the people who pay cash for their upgrades. So I could spend my money on miles and hope all the good seats are not purchased by the time they release these seats. If not I would be screwed twice. If United does not appreciate customers who book their airline through a travel agent. Then they should remove their airline from allowing travel agents to book their flights ! Don't fly Untied Airlines ! I will never give them business again !

BEWARE UNITED AIRLINE DOES NOT TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS CLASS CUSTOMERS This was the worst flying experience I have ever had! I booked business class directly through United airlines because I have a medical condition that requires I sit as close to the front of the plane as possible. My ticket one way was $3888. When I arrived at the airport, it seemed like there was some confusion they thought I was supposed to be there at 7am but I had my itinerary and it said 10:35am, the agent said everything was fine and said they couldn’t print my ticket until my next leg. When I got to the international airport they printed my ticket - I again was assured I was in business class, she even put a sticker on my boarding pass saying express lane. It was a 30 min walk through the airport, during the walk I realized I was in row 35 - which is clearly not business class ! The agents at the desk were extremely rude - I ended up in the last seat with 3 toilets behind me and the seat did not recline. I have been home sick for 7 days trying to recover from the flight unable to leave my bed. To add insult to injury to girl next to me said her ticket was $800, United refuses to refund my money or even let me speak anyone in their customer care department- and they had the nerve to give me 12500 points which is equivalent to $130 dollars. BEWARE THIS AIRLINE DOES NOT TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS CLASS CUSTOMERS

Omg where do I start. Even spirit has better check in process. They make you stand in long lines at the ticketing counter for checkin and do not have online checkin availability if you do basic economy with or without bags. You have to come 2 hours early to stand in United airline line prior to standing in TSA line. Worst ever, I’m here at 5 am for my 7:30 am flight and still scared I might miss it. Edit: 1 hour later I’m still in line as there is no checkin personal available, 2 of them available have selected small amount of people from the line going in earlier flight that is boarding. Ordeal continues.

Verspätung Verspätung ….. Keine Kompensationen keine Unterstützung etc. Verbindung mit swiss air wegen Star Alliance. Unfreundliche Personal. Essen im Flug auch eine Katastrophe. Nie wieder mit United Air.
