Their LTL department is calling me CONSTANTLY to use their services. I have told them multiple times that my product is too large and to please stop calling. They keep calling. It is BIZARRE. Who does that??

Very easy to use website
Very easy to use website! We've been using Unishippers for our shipping needs for 5 months now and it has been an all around pleasure working with them. Their website is very easy to use and the rates for our shipments, larger and heavier boxes, are better than all of the other websites we've used. They payment processing is efficient and straightforward. Really have liked working with this company thus far.

Thanks for sharing! Glad the rates on those larger, heavier shipments have been working out, and that the site and payment process have been smooth over these first few months. We're here if you need anything!

Stay away at all costs
I would give zero stars if I could. A predatory company, that tries to lure you in saying they can get you better shipping rates. For a brand new company....maybe, but not for a company that has working direct for 20+ years with carriers. Relationships go a long way, and we tried them 10 years ago and their promises were false and they could not do better than our contract pricing. Present day- they merged with shipstation and now we get harassing phone calls 4-5 times a week. I have expressed my desire to remove us from the list. They just call more, harass us more. The more you say no the more they call. We are the DO not call list, this is a violation of the FTC regulations, and overall bad for business. If I knew nothing else about them, I wouldn't choose them based on the harassing phone calls. Don't ever get on their radar, they are rotten on every level

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we sincerely apologize for the repeated calls after you'd asked to be removed. That's a serious concern, especially given the Do Not Call issue you raised, and it's not how we want prospective customers treated. We've reached out to request your email so our team can address this directly and get you removed from outreach.

Repeated unsolicited sales calls
Repeated unsolicited sales calls, no way to opt out
I've been getting unsolicited sales calls from Unishippers on both my personal cell and my business line, calls I never asked for. When I called their number back to ask to be removed from their call list, the representative told me she had no access to any do-not-call or suppression list and couldn't transfer me to anyone who did. On a separate call, a different rep hung up on me the moment I asked to stop being contacted. Another rep earlier claimed they got my personal cell number "from ChatGPT," which doesn't hold up since that's not something ChatGPT can actually provide. Between the number of calls, the inability to get removed from their list, and being hung up on for asking, this was a genuinely frustrating experience and it doesn't leave me with any confidence in how this company (or whichever franchisee/vendor is calling on its behalf) handles its outreach. I've filed complaints with the FTC and FCC as a result.

Our Experience With Unishippers Has…
Our Experience With Unishippers Has Been Catastrophic
I rarely write reviews like this, but after the financial damage our company has suffered and the complete lack of meaningful resolution, I believe other businesses need to know about our experience with Unishippers.
We moved our shipping to Unishippers in good faith because we believed it would improve our fulfillment process and provide our customers with the reliability of UPS. What followed has been nothing short of catastrophic for our business.
We now have hundreds of packages affected and damages reaching into the tens of thousands of dollars, including the value of lost or undelivered merchandise, replacement products, expedited reshipping costs, refunds, staff time spent attempting to locate shipments, and the damage this has caused to relationships with customers we worked extremely hard to earn.
One of the most troubling aspects of this entire situation is that we were not adequately informed about how the service we were sold would operate. We did not understand that packages shipped through this UPS service would subsequently be transferred to USPS for final delivery. Had the implications and potential complications of that process been properly explained to us, we would have made a very different decision about whether this was an appropriate service for our company and our customers.
The situation became even more alarming when some shipments transferred into the USPS system began generating information suggesting postage had not been paid. To our knowledge, that is simply not true. Our shipping system requires payment as part of generating the shipping label and tracking information in the first place. Yet our customers are the ones receiving these messages, leaving us to explain a situation we did not create and for which we have received no satisfactory explanation.
We have been in contact with Unishippers daily since this problem arose. We have repeatedly asked for answers, assistance, accountability, and a meaningful plan for resolving the affected shipments. Despite the seriousness and scale of the situation, we have received no resolution that comes remotely close to addressing the damage.
Meanwhile, we have been left to deal with our customers ourselves. We are refunding orders, replacing merchandise, paying to reship packages through other carriers, and doing everything possible to protect customer relationships while absorbing an extraordinary financial loss.
What makes this particularly frustrating is that we chose Unishippers specifically because we believed we were making our shipping operation better. Instead, the decision has created one of the most damaging fulfillment events our company has experienced.
At this point, the matter has escalated beyond a normal customer-service dispute. Given the magnitude of the losses, the continuing absence of an adequate explanation or resolution, and the resulting financial and reputational damage, we have referred the matter to legal counsel and are pursuing litigation and all remedies available to us.
Businesses depend on shipping partners to protect not only their merchandise, but their reputation. When something goes wrong on this scale, you expect urgency, transparency, accountability, and a serious effort to make it right.
That has not been our experience.
We sincerely hope Unishippers ultimately takes responsibility for what occurred and compensates our company for the losses resulting from this situation. Until then, based solely on our experience, I cannot recommend trusting a critical part of your company's fulfillment operation to this service.

Charging to send you an Email?
I have been with Unishippers for a decade now. All of a sudden it is now necessary to charge $5.00 dollars to send me an email of my invoice or force me to autopay, which I will never do because Unishippers is the most dishonest companies to do business with.

Unishippers USE to be pretty great. NOT ANYMORE!
Unishippers use to be pretty great, when I had the best rep some years back. That's not the case anymore. No one seems to read your inquiries fully or barely and response with matching lack of info. Their UPS account specialist Donna is the most condescending ignorant individual I've had to deal with on issues, constantly repeating herself in replies instead of providing full concrete info, per your inquiry. We're currently transitioning to Fedex and DHL, as well as disassociating with Unishippers altogether.

They charge 5 dollars to send you an Email.
What a awful company, They now charge 5 dollars to send you an email. THIS IS NOT A JOKE. I am being charged 5 dollars every time the mail me an invoice. So twice a month now they expect me to pay ten dollars for an automated emailed invoice. This company is disgusting.
