My order was handled and shipped fast. Really had the part in stock, not just listed in stock like some other places I had ordered and got a "sorry, we're out of stock" message. I call to get Pro-Link IQ Software, got the numbers to download same day!! I order wrong software so the next day I called to get correct one and they refund back for my mistake. Can't ask for better service than that....... That's Customer Service!!!!!!

Ordered tools same day last week (Monday) as 4 other items from Amazon. Amazon prime delivered in two days. Was hoping would have been delivered by Sat.... Apparently you use a much slower shipper...
