Usually speak with Polly who seems to know the business very well. I can use both the website and the catalog and find what I am looking for. I don't really enjoy digging through mountains of information to get what I am needing. It seems Unique has the just the right information on the right tools I need.

Order was shipped fast and packed very well. Ordered an additional 75 degree snap ring pliers that shipped separately. I received the incorrect part number pliers. Tracy had the correct part sent out right away, can't ask for any better customer service. Will recommend unique Truck to any one looking for tools. Thanks again Unique Truck

This was my first time ordering from Unique Truck Equipment, and I was extremely impressed that when my order was processed. Tracy made a point to inquire if I had any special requirements for something I thought was just a simple parts order. Website was easy to navigate

I found this vendor to be quite good. Had one of the best prices on a specialty tool kit that I was searching for. Packaged arrived undamaged, everything was as stated. The only thing they didn't do was provide me with a tracking number which would have been nice.

After ordering online they called me and we decided I had purchased the wrong item for the intended purpose, and they helped me choose the right one. Great people to work with.

The salesman was very helpful. There was a mixup in ordering but the return process went very well too. I appreciated the kind people I dealt with.
