I bought this for my 92 year old mother. It is definitely not light weight! Too heavy for her to lift into car. Also there is a restocking fee of 25%!! Don’t buy unless you know for sure it will work for you

I thought I was ordering a pair of heel floaters for$54.95 but no it's only one it's heavy for a person with little strength in the legs after feeling how heavy it was and how bulky it is in the calf area I new there was no way I could sleep in it. When I called to find out how to return it I was informed that I would be charged a 20per cent fee. I well not order anything from this company again.

Product totally unacceptable

Only come with 1 wrist wrap and no where does it specify that it's supposed to only come with one. Would not recommend since you can buy 2 wrist wraps for the same price of better quality

Update on my ankle brace order....Lisa did return my call the next day stating the business no longer carried the white ankle brace ordered but offered the same style in black. I accepted but asked if she was going to send a postage paid envelope so I can return the soiled white brace that was originally sent to me. Lisa said she would look into it. Then reviewing my emails I found one from the Pres of this company who said the brace has been shipped and they are issuing me a full refund of which they did. I received my new black brace and am very happy with it! Below is my original post regarding my ankle brace debacle; it is all resolved: Ordered a white ankle brace & when it arrived the exterior shipping wrap was intact, no rips or damage whatsoever. I soon discovered inside the hard plastic package that contained the ankle brace was already opened. Upon further review of the brace the outer side was dirty & the interior was as well. The brace appeared to to have been previously worn. The brace arrived at my home 04/18/18 & within 10 minutes of receiving it & discovering it's dirty condition I called Unique Medical Supply's return/exchange phone # 1-800-209-1239 @ & spoke to Laurie/Lori who said a new brace would be mailed out to me the very next day & a shipping wrap would be included so I could return the soiled brace. It is 05/07/18 & to date I have not received the replacement brace as promised nor a phone call either. Call placed to returns & exchanges & spoke to Lisa who said their warehouse is not open on Mondays. She will call warehouse tomorrow then call me back to verify. Lisa has my cell # & repeated it.

Not comfortable at all. I’ve had a lot better

Didn't receive entire order. No info on if or when the rest will come. No contact info to find anything out. Product was not up to standards of what was indicated. Poor quality. Will NOT purchase again. Will NOT recommend site to anyone ever!
