Fast delivery; it arrived earlier than expected. I would have preferred to buy a smaller size but I think it is not available. I have not opened the box so I can not say much more. I bought the mattress to take it to Cuba, for my elderly grandmother. The dimensions of the box are considered oversized for the international airlines in which I travel, which is what I do not like about this item.

Customer Service was very accommodating and made 2 calls. On the second call she explained that the chair I saw in the ad would look different than the chair I would be receiving. I had ordered the petite but but they were sending the large version which would be too big for me. The petite would not be right for me because I was I was 5’2”and the chair would accommodate 5’1” and under. The chair could be made with an extension that would fit a person of 6’1”but that would not fit my short stature. It would have a different back and have over stuffed arms, so I haven’t actually seen the chair I will be receiving. She stated that the individuals that would deliver the chair would set it up but be sure the order was correct and to make sure it worked before they left because the chair was not returnable. I would prefer to have filled the survey after I receive the chair in 2-3 weeks.
