Unique Medical Supply has excellent customer service, Unfortunately the Medline walker was defective.

Quick and efficient

Unique medical supply delivered my grandpa’s wheeelchair in a professional and timely manner. I received the best price for the options I was looking for. They also did a great job keeping me informed with email updates about the delivery. I would highly recommend them as I have been very satisfied with their level of customer service!

Very fast delivery.

I ordered a rollator (walker with four wheels and a seat) and I am so pleased with the purchase! Not only was it a good price, but it arrived in two days from when I placed the order. The brand of the rollator is Medline and the quality is just as good as one twice the price. Thank you Unique!

Fantastic service. Will order from Again! Thank you!!

Customer service is always helpful and polite and pleasant. Shipment received always on time. I love to purchase my item from this company.

I ordered a Medline walker that was needed 1500 miles away from me for a very good friend. The walker came very quickly and the instructions for easy assembly were clear and concise--very simple to put together said her neighbor! My friend is very happy with this fantastic walker.
