STAY AWAY FROM THIS OUTFIT.
NOTE- Its pretty amazing that within 2 hours of posting the following review, Unique Medical Supply found the time to respond to my review, but they took the money off my Discover card and STILL havent sent me an order confirmation, OR sent out my order!!! And dont feed me your "corona virus" garbage because im in the same state and you are a medical supply business. Read on.......... STILL STAY AWAY FROM THIS OUTFIT. I ordered a case of toilet paper from these clowns about FOUR days ago and havent gotten so much as an order confirmatipn or tracking number. I guess they think i need it to tp my neighbors tree!!!!!! Called them monday at 1035 am and got no answer!!! A crappy company with NO customer service.

Our state is on lockdown and we have many people ill and in quarantine to the COVID-19. We are working as hard and long as we possibly can considering the circumstances and restrictions of the pandemic.

medline has poor product support
medline has poor product support will not honor guarantee screws fall apart inside so unfixable product is much too heavy for anyone needing it support had no idea what to do $150 down the drain

Still waiting for correct RMA label to…
Still waiting for correct RMA label to return this walker. I got a label with someone else's name on it. Walker wheels are flimsy not reliable.

Liars
I have requested a couple of times, to return the walker-transport I'd bought for my mother As a walker it was OK but as a transport is was heavy and not easy to maneuver. I was told by the woman that answers the phone she needed to send me an authorization for it. Well, time keeps passing by and I still don't have an authorization. If this is the way you treat your customer , shame on you! I am very disappointed and will never buy or recommend your business.

Received scuffed and damaged, also not very well put together, one wheel jams all the time!

Customer service sucks
We have attempted to reach customer service by telephone and by email but have not received any contact. Our wheelchair we purchased was to small for our child and was inquiring how to return. Horrible customer service
