My 93 year grandmother received a walker that was poorly built, and broke as soon as she wanted to use it! We had to pay for extra parts out of pocket. Horrible

sadly not like older model belt
The order arrived as expected, however the belt itself is not great. I have one from Mueller that I bought in 2007 and finally needed a replacement. The one I ordered looked like the old one I had in the picture but was nothing like it at all and is to small for me to use. I also really dislike the new style of velcro to hold the belt around the waist. It does not work well.

My first order for my Mom in Aprii ( commode liners) was fantastic this last order in May is awful (underpads). I sent an email to customer service along with a copy of the invoice.

The time between my order and delivery…
The time between my order and delivery was over six weeks. I thought that I had been scammed. The product itself, is extremely heavy and cumbersome. It also places the shoulder in a compromising position. Overall, I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend it to anyone.

Ordered a wheel chair online to be shipped to my home. 7 days latter still no shipping info. emailed customer service who emailed me back that it will be shipped the next day. nothing for 2 days-customer again said it's on it's way. Nothing again---this time customer service said it's waiting some where to be picked up????? I ordered this to be delivered!!!!! finally a few days later it was delivered---with a broken part----totally by passed Unique med and went straight to Medline med and got the replacement part my self and replacedit my self! WILL I EVER DO BUSINESS WITH unique med???Take a guess!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called for a return label to be sent
I called for a return label to be sent for product ordered and never received it.The product was Medline product was told there was a 10.00 restocking fee i will never do business with your company again.Product was very misleading and way overpriced same product at other stores were 1/2 the price, price gouging during this covid -19 is against the law.I am complaining with Amazon and Medline.
