Unique Medical Supply shipped my walker…
Unique Medical Supply shipped my walker fast however FedEx didn't deliver it until 3 days later than what is what suppose to be. We tracked the package and it was on the FedEx truck for 3 days. The box was damaged but luckily the walker was not damaged. Codi from Unique Medical Supply helped get the walker to me just in time. Codi called FedEx and my package was there by the time Codi told me. I would buy again from Unique Medical Supply as long as they don't ship the merchandise FedEx.

Product did not work as intended
Product did not work as intended. Too low and was not deep enough or comfortable to use. Materials were very well made though and it shipped in a timely manner.

The neck brace is made of sturdy material. I could have used a 2" height vs. 2.5".

Can you please tell me if my mom's…
Can you please tell me if my mom's Medicare will pay for this ? She likes it . Also, the item we bought was received,as ordered, without the backrest-but instructions told us in error that we needed more screws than we received.Please change instructions.I almost sent the item back.
