I ordered a wheelchair and waited for delivery. After a week, I was asked if I received a email that out of stock. No I didn't. So waiting for refund.. No communication.

I was misled by the picture and when I received my order I asked for a return label and they refused to send me and I had to spend $47 to return the package. I talked to the owner but she refused to reimburse me for the shipping. I was not treated fairly.

Even with covid my order took 10 days to reach me and upon receiving, it was an incorrect order. After the fact I couldn't reach any one on the phone. It was a medical emergency. I ordered alleveyn foam pads 5x5 with a 4x4 protectant area. I received a 3x3 pad with a 2x2 area,box of 10 which quite exspensive. To cover my affected area I had to use all 10 pads at once.Orders should be double checked, can be the difference in life or death.

I was advised that my order would take two months so I canceled it.because I could not wait.. I sent two emails and was advised it was canceled. I was not refunded and then when I inquired again on my third email, I was advised that the order was not canceled and the items shipped THAT day! The same exact day I asked about my refund!! Coincidence? No Way! I feel like I was totally lied to and now I have tables I do not need! And I am out over 200 because of this shifty company. I am filing a complaint with the BBB.

I ordered Absorbent Pads and Diapers , with the understanding of a tentative delivery date of 5 to 7 business days ; which would have been August 14th . I received the Pads in expedient time ! Today , is August 23rd. , and I have yet to receive confirmation of my remaining partial order ! I cancelled the remainder of my order over a week ago , and have yet to receive an email confirming my cancellation , or any follow-up from customer service !

I think you need to say that the tires are not made for macadam and gravel up front where you tell what the transport chair does have. I wouldn't have bought it.
