Your return policy is terrible
Your return policy is terrible. I would not recommend anyone for anything due to the high cost on making a return. People make mistakes an mine cost me over 50 dollars terrible. Beware!!

I had ordered a medical step stool when recovering from surgery
I had ordered a supply that took lots longer than messaged it took long than 20 days plus never informed me of the delay of the item until I emailed customer service and still never got an update when asked to be informed when it would be sent by what date and when it's on its way.

You send a defective medical item and your reaction gone wrong
You send a defective medical item. You were asked for immediate replacement which you failed to do. We were forced to source the item elsewhere! Nevertheless you just sent a replacement item without asking instead of cancelling the order and returning the money. Now we have three items, one defective. Very bad customer service!

This order took a month to arrive and…
This order took a month to arrive and even when it did it was missing part of my order even though I was charged for the full amount. I called to report the missing item and was told it would be sent out right away but it was never received. I am totally disappointed in this company. I have ordered several times before but never had such crappy service as I did this time.
