excellent height but narrow when arms…
excellent height but narrow when arms attached and doesn't screw onto toilet as tightly as I would like but otherwise great and really helps my mother get up and down

I bought a neck brace and it was too big. I don’t understand why braces can’t be returned. It’s still new.

Wheelchair locks
Initially, my order for a pair of wheelchair locks was missing the left side. I called the company to follow up and they eventually sent me the missing part. The lady that I spoke with was very nice and helpful.

Fantastic!
Fantastic! My 76-year old Mom loves her new, pink roller walker! It's study, yet, very light weight, making it easy to transport, even in the hatchbacks of smallerr SUV type vehicles. The variety of zebra striped canvas, Velcro pockets, and the large basket seat, provide great organization options for on the go. My Mom can keep all her portable oxygen supplies, and other personal items at her reach. Now, she can set her portable oxygeen generator on the seat, if she needs to change batteries, while out and about, without exhausting herself. The shipping was fast, and free, arriving within five days of placing my order. We're both very pleased with this walker. It has made getting around, so much safer, and easier for my Mom, who has COPD. It's definitely improved her safety, and independence.
