Unihertz Official StoreReviews of unihertz.com

Hello id like to say that the unihertz team did a great job at resolving by problem (jelly max loudspeaker) &a very nice lady called Alice took care of me and was very helpful indeed, the whole process seemed straightforward & worked very well for me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ All communications were done over email and pointed me in the right direction. Overall very happy. Fond regards Henry Evatt (UK)

Faster delivery than expected. Product works great Great value for money

Amazing product, stellar company.

Ordered and the phone arrived within 5 days which was really good for international shipping. No complaints about the tank 3 pro, battery's life is good, screen is clear and the projector is fantastic.

I’ve ordered two phones so far, Jelly Star and Tank 3 Pro. They arrived faster than expected. Packaking of the phones was beautiful. Phones have been exactly what was promised, and even above. Pleasant suprise was pre installed screen protectors, with aditional protector included.

sent replacement battery in a timely manner.

I have continually used your site to order several devices and I have had excellent service every time

Very good service support was provided upon claiming under the 1 year warranty. After being given guidance towards diagnosing a fault with the phone, it was possible for the company to directly send a replacement part to me. This was especially useful since I would not lose access to my phone at any point, and I was competent to disassemble the phone and install the replacement part myself. Dispatch of the part was very quick and delivery similarly quick, considering it was sent from China. I cannot comment on the servicing process for phones outside the 1 year warranty period, but presumably the same parts will be available for a cost. Companies such as Unihertz should be welcomed since they make active steps in producing products which niche groups genuinely want. The otherwise lack of small smartphones on the market has been very frustrating, so Unihertz's products were a revelation upon discovery. They really put the dreary and oversized "roofing slates", churned out by the major manufacturers, to shame. Bear in mind that firmware/security updates are at the baseline standard for a phone manufacturer and usually stop after a year or two, but that does not worry me too much. In theory, replacement batteries are also available which helps to extend the useable lifespan of the phones, although are often out of stock for some devices. Overall, a very good manufacturer.
