Unihertz Official StoreReviews of unihertz.com

Amazing experience so far!!!! The support has been a tremendous help. And the products even more. Even though Unihertz provides niche products, they deliver them in a perfect way. I purchased the cross-body lanyard for my phone and it provides the strongest support that I have ever experienced. I have also purchased the Tank 4 Pro (although not on the official store yet) and it's been a life changing experience as well. The care and work that they put in their products, I hope one day that they will become as known as Huawei! I wish the best to the team and the company's future. Thank you once again!

They answer on the spot exactly what you need!!!!!

The jelly star is a tiny fully functional phone that slips into the lighter pocket of your jeans and great battery life. When going out of an evening, especially in the summer, it is all I need. Fully connected when I need to be but free as a child otherwise. So much more engaged with friends. It puts the phone back where it is supposed to be - the pocket.

I reported a failed touchscreen on an Unihertz Jelly Star and they have sent me a free replacement touchscreen module under warranty. The customer service of Unihertz was quick to reply and were really trying to help with all issues. Really good company, bringing color in the black & white world of Iphone-Samsung smartphones. Keep the good work!

Muy buena comunicación. Repuestos de calidad. Todo perfecto

After purchasing my items, a few days later I received a confirmation email with the expected delivery date. My package arrived safely and secured the morning of the date of delivery, before I left home for work. I am pleased with my service I received.
