I got my daughter one for Christmas. The bed set is beautiful and she’s going to love it

I received my order and it was not correct. I emailed many times about my order not being correct and they kept trying to get me to take a small discount. I paid for 3 duvet covers and pillowcases all to be personalized. The pillowcases were plain. After about the 5th email of me telling them I'm not satisfied they agreed to send the 3 personalized pillowcases that was on October 8th 2020 it is now Oct 30th and I still haven't received anything about a shipment nor has anyone reached back out to me. I sent another email out on Oct 21st and they have yet to respond. My children are so unhappy about the situation and me as a paying customer not getting what I purchased. Its sad that was alot of money!! I would never purchase anything from them again and I will be calling to report them to the BBB.

I have purchased many bedding items from Unilovers for my daughter and highly recommend them. The bedding is absolutely beautiful and to be able to have this personalised is so awesome - very affordable, very efficient and highly recommended for any little or big princess. The order arrived just yesterday, and my granddaughter Sonja LOVES her new duvet cover! My only complaint (so far): There was no laundry tag to tell us how to wash and dry it - and here Unilovers was quick in answering my email advising me to wash in cold, tumble dry low. Looking forward to ordering from them again!

My order never came and it’s been over a month. I will never order from them again. Customer service will not send me my refund after I asked numerous times. Very upset 😡

I and our daughter absolutely love her duvet cover and pillowcases. Customer service was very quick to answer all questions and very friendly. I do recommend these products, the quality and timing is definitely worth the money. Thank you!

Customer service was really helpful. I know that things might take time to be delivered during this Covid-19 Pandemic but they offered me DHL Express Shipping with free of charge. I’m really happy with the products and the exceptional service they provided. Will surely buy more stuff from Unilovers!

I will never order from them again. I ordered a comforter and got a cheap sheet and two pillowcases,I paid almost 160 dollars for something I could have gotten from Walmart. Very unhappy signed Terry Buchanan .
