I have been waiting since October,2020 with 1-2 week expectation of receipt for a non personalized comforter. I had to ask for tracking info and received an incorrect number of merchandise already delivered to IL. (I’m in TX) Then received a different tracking number but order appears to be in China PO. The dates update every 2-3 days with new dates but unsure where merchandise actually is. COVID-19 has been given as reason for delay but it’s now December 10. I’ve asked for a refund as my order appears to be lost. They offer unusual things my granddaughter would love for me to order but I don’t trust that I would ever receive it.
