The order arrived just yesterday, and my granddaughter Sonja LOVES her new duvet cover! My only complaint (so far): There was no laundry tag to tell us how to wash and dry it - and here Unilovers was quick in answering my email advising me to wash in cold, tumble dry low. Looking forward to ordering from them again!

The three parcels arrived in a reasonable time , the transfer, umbrella, but the mood clock is working but does not light up so does not change colours, which was the main purpose of purchasing it so is a bit disappointing
