This company is so scammy. They falsely advertise low fares that are not available just to get you to enter your personal data and then sell you more expensive fares. Time for a class action suit I reckon

I purchased two premium economy tickets from SFO to Rome that were changeable by their terms. I also purchased insurance. I tried to change and Underpricer gave me a quote to do so. I acceptable the quote. Underpricer came back to me a few hours later and said the airline would not change the second flight because the airline stopped direct flights and had only one stops. I told Underpricer a connecting flight was available directly through the airline's website and for cheaper than i had paid. I told Underpricer to cancel or charge me less and I would book the last leg of the flight myself with the cost savings. Underpricer booked a flight that left me in Los Angeles rather than my home in San Francisco and charged me the same. I immediately objected, called Underpricer and waited on hold twice for 30 minutes and then Underpricer hung up on me. I had to add my customer number so Underpricer knew it was me. I then sent 23 emails before underpricer would engage. At that point, Underpricer lied and said I did not ask to cancel my flight and said I agreed to pay the same price to end in Los Angeles rather than San Francisco. I lost about $650 by booking from Los Angeles to San Francisco myself and paying to check in my bags. Underpricer also did not transfer my right to reserve seat ($496 charge) to my changed flight so I had to sit in the middle on my 12 hour return flight. The organization is terrible and should have zero stars. I have disputed the charges with my credit card and I plan to contact Kayak and am writing up the entire exchange and showing evidence of my emails, etc. Do not use this company.

No customer service no one answered you. No one replied to they put you on hold for 40 minutes. I don’t like them. Please don’t get them. They take your money.

Booking the flight was easy, but the confirmation did not go through, probably because the price was too low and the airline would not confirm the booking. When I called UnderPricer to cancel the booking, I was passed from person to person, and ultimately put on hold and then disconnected. This happened several times, and I finally gave up. I spoke with my credit card company, and they assured me that they would not put through the booking without contacting me, which was true. Terrible customer service--just passed from person to person and then music and then disconnected.

I try to change my flight with 3 months before, and he say you don't have a option.....I don't recomand this agency...stupid agency...

Horrible customer support! The airline changed the flight itinerary and I was given the option for a refund. It’s been weeks since I’ve been waiting and sent tons of emails and WhatsApp and they are very unprofessional, not replying and when they finally reply they ignore all the emails I sent and ask what the outcome is. I will never use them again and I highly recommend avoiding them

They have strung me along since Oct 10 when I paid them. They did not make the seat assignments - claimed a 'glitch'. I had to do it myself with the airline THE DAY BEFORE THE FLIGHT in November. They won't refund my money - they have lied about sending emails and returned calls. I have probably been on hold - literally - 6 hours+ with no resolution or satisfaction. the company is a joke.DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! And as usual, your reply was incorrect. You, underpricer, failed to make the original seat assignment that I picked and paid you for! Only after you strung me along for weeks did I finally go directly to the airline and get the seat assignments myself - which cost me more because your communication was so poor and lengthy. Your failure COST me. You also refused to credit me the correct amount for what you failed to do. BTW I still don’t have anything from you.

Deliberately advertised a flight, allowed me to confirm the booking, then contacted me to say that flight has changed price, but they have a "suitable" alternative. This 'alternative' was a flight that landed on a different date and had 2 layovers. Unaccceptable and to me looked like a bait & switch tactic which is illegal. They had me book my flight that I wanted, then said that one is not available but here's a more expensive option, knowing I'm more likely to say yes since I already confirmed my booking. Disgusting business practices.
