I liked the fact that this company takes the initiative to keep contacting you to make sure you are confident with the information provided you. It's something you don't come across easily these days. I had questions regarding the size & weight of the carry on bag. Their Customer Experience Team rep Samyra, made quite a few calls to me to make sure I found the information I was looking for and I'm glad she did because I wasn't positive about the info I found on my own.

My bank flagged my ticket purchase as potential fraud as a precaution. I notified them that it was legitimate and they said to run the charge again I called customer service to be sure it was processed properly and a very helpful man named Wilson got the charge put through, explained everything as he was entering it and got our tickets processed. He was very professional and helpful. I really appreciated his help.
