UnderPricerReviews of underpricer.com

Got the best air fare and excellent customer service from Jacob. I will definitely recommend UnderPricer to my friends and family. Ketan.

I want to give a big shoutout to Rupert from UnderPricer! My flight from Tokyo to Japan was cancelled due to Typhoon Ampil. I was scrambling to secure a replacement flight for my family and I. I bought my original tickets through UnderPricer, so I called for advice. I was so fortunate to get connected with Rupert, who was the manager on duty that day (the rest of his staffs were off from work due to national holiday, and he worked to cover the calls). Rupert was simply amazing in every area - his customer service was excellent, he knew exactly the answers that I needed even before I asked, and he followed-up really closely and continued to give me prompt regular updates over the next few days. I want to congratulate UnderPricer for hiring such an amazing staff like Rupert. Thank you, Mr. Rupert.

I was trying to book a flight for my wife and son from Seattle to India on a tight schedule. We needed a flight for the next day and had a hard time finding one due to the summer vacation rush and the specific dates we required. Kairum worked tirelessly for hours, going above and beyond to ensure we got a suitable flight within our constrained time frame. He directly called me, provided options, discussed the details, and made sure the timings were a perfect fit. This is the first time I’ve worked with someone so kind and passionate about ensuring customers are well taken care of. Awesome job, Kairum! You made using Underpricer a great experience for me, and I highly appreciate that, and I will be coming back and telling others about it. GREAT JOB Kairum!!!

Jacob was excellent at helping us getting lower priced tickets after the initial booking. We are happy with underpricer’s service!

I was struggling to get last minute flights for my daughter from a remote Island in Malaysia back to Seattle. I used Kayak which passed me on to Underpricer to book the legs of the flight. After I completed the purchase, I realized there were different airlines and not ample times between flights if my daughter had to recheck bags/customs at each airport. I called the company and luckily was routed to Broderick. He found a return trip that was on one airline (Malaysia Air) so that she could check her bags through with a perfect cushion of a layover at both stops that allowed for possible delays. Additionally, he booked her seats and cancelled my previous reservation w/out penalty. The most amazing things about Broderick and his customer service: Calm and reassuring while I was in an initial panic. Called me after the booking to confirm that the individual legs and seats had been confirmed with the airline. Called me to confirm that the refund for my first flight had been processed. Email confirmations to me and my daughter. Called day of the flight to make sure my daughter was doing ok on her day+ of travel. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and specifically Broderick. I have a new personal travel agent in him.

Got a very cheap ticket to China last minute ($3000 less than directly booking with airline) and good customer service
