I went through a great experience with customer service rep ‘Silver’. After my booking got cancelled somehow, but he was quickly able to address the issue and found a same flight for me, which I was able to successfully book. He stayed on the phone the whole time and guided me to ensure it gets booked this time. He also followed up with the payment processing team to ensure there were no last minute surprises. I booked flights to Portugal through Kayak and it ended up going through Underpricer. Branson found me a better flight (nonstop, better amenities) for less money and was amazingly helpful getting everything booked for us. I totally was not expecting a personal travel agent who I had a direct line to when booking through a site like Kayak, but that’s what happened.
