Good service and hope for further improvement
The service was efficient. As some airlines only allow tickets booked directly from the airlines to access services at their site, it is hoped that your UnderPricer website should offer better services, like seat selection, indication of ticket classes booked and ordering other services for the flights.

Overall positive experience
Overall positive experience with this company (UnderPricer). Being a first time user, I feel that deal offered was reasonable / fair and had I no issues with airline reservations provided by the company. Was also contacted by company representative about getting advance seat assignments, but never received a response when I asked if additional fees might be involved. Would recommend this service to others.

ADDING A PERSON TO OUR TRIP
I needed to add someone to our trip to Japan in September. I could not add this person to our traveling party but Marcenna with UnderPricer was able to add the person to our flight with a seat near us. I could not have navigated this process without her help.

Great agent
I have a gal named Apple from the Philippines. She was very kind and attentive. Did a lot of research and I really appreciate her being there. Her English is very good and the phone line is crystal clear. What I did not like, at all, was that two other people tried to call me. One from India who was very hard to understand trying to sell me seat reservations for $200+ and then someone else texting me about some nonsense. Kind of makes me weary of the company. I just work with Apple.

Josie helped me out with my flight booking and it took a while for the email to show up, but Josie was very helpful in finding a flight right for me.

How much does it cost to select a seat
Spent a great deal of money for premium economy tickets. So far, so good. Went in later to select my seats, so I could sit next to my wife on these 10 hour flights. They charge for that? Oh well, how much could it be? $350?!?!. How much is a sandwich, $3,000? They should have told me - if you want to be sure to sit next to your wife, it's another $350. Update - It had been pre-pandemic since I flew. But apparently, the worthless sociopaths who run the airlines now routinely cheat people this way. Who knew? Workers of the world unite, etc. Anyway, not really Underpricers fault, although I would have appreciated a word to the wise on just how much the seat selection would be $350 - this should literally be a crime.
