I used Kayak.com to buy plane tickets, which sent me to Underpricer. Immediately upon buying the tickets I started getting phone calls telling me that my "tickets were not guaranteed" unless I paid more money. I told them that if they've sold me on just the idea of a ticket, and not an actual ticket, then refund my money immediately. We argued, but they eventually said they would do that. They didn't, I refused the charge on my CC, the CC company eventually charged me anyway, and Underpricer still didn't cancel that ticket because I kept getting alerts to get on that flight. In complaining to Underpricer, they insist that it's my fault and that the most they can do is refund the fees. This company is using deceptive practices and harassing people, and the company needs to be banned from Kayak and from doing business in the US.

Scam! I tried reaching them on their WhatsApp message for support. Frustrated for 3 days with autogenerated response "we're sorry, we've requested customer service" that never materialized. The nightmare continued since they booked us on two different airlines and we had to get entry visa in Shanghai. Total disaster and to this day, I'm waiting for a response. Book directly and avoid these clowns

Save yourself the headache and stay far away from Underprices. This company is an absolute fraud and operates just like a spider web, waiting to catch families in trouble.We booked tickets from Toronto to Copenhagen, only for Underprices to secretly cancel our booking behind our backs the very next day. When we called to ask why, they had the nerve to claim that the flight prices had gone up and it was a "financial loss for them." They told us we would have to pay the full amount for a new flight and wait 10-15 days for a refund from SAS.We luckily caught them by checking directly with the airline, and after a massive fight and escalation, they were finally forced to rebook us. However, they maliciously split our family into two separate bookings. When those flights later suffered disruptions, this split made alternate arrangements a nightmare, as the airline treated us as completely separate reservations and wouldn't easily accommodate us together.To make matters worse, when I called their customer support later for a separate issue, their solution was literally to tell me to cancel the ticket, fight the airline for a refund, and book a fresh one entirely on my own! These guys are good for nothing and do not care about the passengers they strand.They are a fraudulent agency that will take your money, arbitrarily cancel your tickets to cover their own profit margins, and leave you to deal with the fallout. Do yourself a favor and book directly with the airlines. Zero stars if I could!

Horrible service. DO NOT use them. I received so many calls and every person said different stuff. I end it up paying almost $5,000 for a 2 tickets for Japan. For all the inconveniences they have me $100 voucher. That doesn’t even cover a seat on any flight. The worst company out there. They should not be in business !!

Is there a place where i could actually report them as fraud? Ticket price was 1100 and i attempted to pay 5 times in a row, each time i attempted to pay the price could go up but all the infos i gave until payment attempt could be erased or shuffeld to a different name. At 6th attempt after raised from 1100$ to 1270$ somehow the payment got through with a different name. They blamed me saying it was my fault. After that they did not want to return my money and dragged me on so many days dealing with it. Saying that it was my fault and saying they will work with agency and blah blah. Imagine they offered credits under that other persons name cause the error that was booked under that name and not offering me that i actually paid the money. Avoid them please.

Update 7/1 - still waiting for a refund. They said they will refund using PayPal! Why? I paid with my credit card and now today they are telling me that the airline will refund by check and in the next sentence literally the refund will be processed in 4 weeks, original form of payment. Is it check or credit card? They are just lying and scamming at this point? PayPal to check to credit card and threatening to close my case. Do I have a refund? No! But the case is closed? You guys are the worst scammers and cannot believe you are allowed to operate in USA Update 6/4: notice how in their Response they don’t include a timeline with today being almost 3 months to the cancellation? This is what I have been dealing with for months on end. Just saying “it will be refined” “ we are talking to the airline” and meanwhile I am still out $1500! Don’t be fooled by their “customer service” and be very weary before you purchase anything through this disingenuous company. I bought two tickets under the same transaction for a flight scheduled for March 6th, 2026. Then all Middle East flights were canceled due to the Iran war. I received the refund for one ticket after over a month and still waiting on the other one. Today is June 2nd 2026! They keep saying waiting on airlines. Well why would the airline refund one ticket and not the other? Most important I bought the flights from your company. My credit card was charged by you so why is it still he airlines fault? Why am I out of $1500 because you are what? Incompetent? Dishonest? Scammers? Why would it take more than 3 months to process a refund? I know for a fact emirates has processed all direct refund requests within a week. Be extremely careful when you do business with this shady company

Booked a round trip InterCaribbean Airlines flight from Puerto Rico to Tortola with Underpricer, via Kayak. (Lesson Learned #1: Use Kayak for research but book your flights directly with the airline, not with Underpricer.) InterCaribbean canceled our return flight less than 24 hours before departure time. To make our connecting flight home, we had to purchase tickets at an additional cost of $748 on top of the original $620 round-trip fare. When I requested a refund, InterCaribbean said I needed to speak directly with Underpricer. Underpricer offered us a $140 credit (23% of the original round-trip fare) and said the rest had already been paid out and could not be refunded. I appealed and they ended up just closing out our request. So at this point we have spent a total of $1,368 for two 40-minute flights. Underpricer has also claimed that the terms of the ticket purchase I agreed to said that the tickets were non-refundable. I assume this means that they think that I agreed that they could keep the money whether I received anything in return or not. (Lesson Learned #2: don't ever do business with Underpricer again.)

Booked a ticket 'direct from kayak,' so I have to take responsibility for not validating who they worked with. The ticket booking went through, but I received an email shortly thereafter that my return flight was moved -by 6 days! I emailed a frantic response (which I never heard back about), and tried to get clarity from the chatbot, but it just said a person would need to call from the company. During the several day wait to hear back, I got new emails daily stating there were more changes, including the cities I was flying to. All these said they were initiated by the airline, but the airline denied and showed me booked on the original flight. I finally got a hold of someone and said I would need to cancel because the flights they are trying to change me to don't work, but contrary to us dot regulations they said the cancellation fee would be $1200. I highly recommend avoiding this company. I'll be out thousands of dollars having to rebook with a reputable company.
