Underpricer processed the payment for my flight found on Kayak. Agents are polite, knowledgeable and patient. Waiting time was a little long but it was 9pmEST that could be the reason but they answered all my questions so I think they did a good job.

Asiana website far from friendly. Customer service from UnderPricer showed me how to navigate it. If anyone else encounters this, you have to put in your first name and middle name in the spot for given names with NO spaces or it doesn't work.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re happy to help with navigation anytime. If you need anything else, just reach out. Safe travels! Warm regards, Underpricer
