Bought 2 tickets June 30, Credit card was charged same day June 30 from Underpricer and same day another $1369.00 from Latam airlines for the same tickets. 45 days later NO response from Underpricer.

I’d love to give a zero but sadly that’s not an option. After purchasing a round trip from California to Tunisia then back to California 16 March-5 May I needed to extend the ticket by 10 days now that my family was testing positive for Covid. After reaching out to Underpricer(merchant) I was then able to get a return flight for 16 May. A new return flight was offered on my itinerary but two days before the new flight was to be taken, the flight was removed. After contacting Underpricer support three different times from different numbers at different times, no one could find the ticket I was talking about and after being put on hold each time for 30 plus minutes, they hung up. At this point my family and I are stranded in a foreign country with no way to get back. I had to come up with nearly $2000 and even overdraft my business account so that I could return to the United States without having been deported. The merchant denied my claim and is using the original return flight as the excuse. But a second return flight was offered and not rendered. In fact, revoked is the appropriate term. I have pictures of confirmation that I had the additional return flight offered but this merchant(Underpricer) refuses to take the claim. This is stealing and this has left my account overdrafted for many weeks now. Visa is going off the merchant's account of events without any investigation as to what happened. Booking UNDE7262DA

The initial transaction was fine and my tickets were issued by the airline and could be seen on the airlines site. Where things went wrong is after the airline canceled my flight and I requested a refund. The airline and Underpricer had some sort of issue, which finally was resolved after over 2 months of waiting. I have confirmation from the airline and UInderpricer, that Underpricer has my refund. Underpricer has not followed their policy and refunded the money to me. They have had the money for over a week and have not processed the refund. I have 2 questions at this point. 1. Will I ever see the refund? 2. Is Underpricer a legitimate, reputable company? After my experience with Underpricer, I do not want to even hear their name mentioned. I finally received my refund, But my review stands. I will not be using this company ever again. UNDE4BB73C

This ticketing agent made our travel a horrible experience. I am a father traveling with two minor children. UP booked all three passengers on separate booking references (so had two minors flying unaccompanied and unable to reserve seats together). In addition, they booked the first, and second, legs of my son's booking under separate references. This flight also had a long layover (of which I was informed), but the agent failed to mention that baggage could not be booked through, which meant picking up all the luggage for the family and entering a country for which we had no advanced visa. Look for another agent, or ticket reseller - such a horrible experience for an already stressful trip. July 25, 2023 - In response to Underpricer request, I have provided them with the details of this trip for their investigation.

I am having a horrible experience with UNDERPRICER. I booked my tickets in February through Kayak and I was told that my tickets were confirmed. Now I am told by the actual Airline that some segments are not confirmed and that the agency that booked the tickets are responsible for re-summiting the tickets. Well it has been 3 months and they have not been able to resolve the issue. Every time I call, I am told that someone will call me within the 48 hours and I never get anyone to call me back. I have also emailed them at investigation@underpricer and I have not received any reply from them.

My experience with underpricer was at best incompetent customer service and at worst outright fraud. I was told I could cancel my flight and book another because one of my original flight legs had been cancelled. Three days after doing so, I was told there would be no refund on my cancelled flight. I am out over $3,000. I was sent to Underpricer through the Kayak website. I did finally receive my refund although I have to say my customer experience with Underpricer was not good.

Worst store to book a flight ! They are headache and they canceled my ticket and didn’t refunded my money! After leaving them a review they are trying to fix my issue which I called them on the phone for 5 hours twice they could it do none!

***********ATTENTION-ATTENTION-ATTENTION******* If you are looking for flights, using any of the search engines, and you come accroos UNDERPRICE, Please run in the opposite direction/. These people are UNPROFESSIONAL, we booked with them, call them because it was an schedule change on the Inbound flight, and seven days prior to our departure, they notify us that our best option is to request a PARTIAL REFUND for the INBOUND flight. PLEASE DO NOT BPOPOK WITH THEM, you rather Pay extra and go with a headache.
