Please know that we strive to be transparent about the terms of our Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) plan, which is designed to provide added flexibility prior to the start of travel. As outlined at the time of booking, the plan must be activated at least 24 hours before the first scheduled departure and cannot be applied once the trip has commenced or to individual segments of a round-trip itinerary. We understand how unforeseen circumstances—like your passport being held for visa processing—can impact travel plans, and we truly empathize with your situation. That said, once the first leg of your journey was flown, the CFAR coverage was regrettably no longer valid per the policy’s conditions. We value your trust and are sincerely sorry that we were unable to meet your expectations on this occasion. You should see the amount credited back to your original form of payment within 2-4 business weeks.
