Still waiting on new card. Customer service great though!
Would be 1 stars, but honestly customer service gets back to you quick and they've been helpful with most of my issues. It's been a while since I've ordered my block Card/Unbanked card, and although I understand that things happen and there are glitches in a new system like this, I'm hoping that someone will read this review and hopefully explain when I'll be able to obtain my card. I'd like to support Unbanked in the US, but as of now all I can do is buy TERN and I can't do that anymore.

Thank you unbanked for your great customer service and unbelievable communication throughout the process of helping me, there's so much value that you offer and the experience I got is way more than I ever got from any bank. "I felt Important", my ticket was resloved in very short timeline and I'am so excited that I join a bank that really put the people first. Imma a Lifer lets go

Unbanked is highly recommended!
Unbanked makes it easy to deposit your crypto and spend it. Using their bank account allows you to have a crypto friendly bank account for purchasing crypto as well. Customer service has always been quick and helpful. I highly recommend this company.
