There always seems to be some bumps in the road as your bank changes from one organization to another however this change has been relatively issue free. The key word here is relatively, since there are some issues that concern me. You do not list all Pending Transactions (mainly my government check) in a timely manner. Your web side does not have the capability of me asking a question or voicing a concern, I miss that capability. Recently you changed the account number on one of my accounts without notifying me. I did not receive a replacement card before the old one expired. Under Columbia Bank, I could come in and get a new card issued on the spot. However they cannot do that so I must wait for one to be ordered in. Your interest rates on Savings accounts are in the Pitiful range, this resulted me in moving over 20 K out of your bank to another institution. I will continue to do so until your rates improve. I have been with this Bank for over 50 years. Mainly because the Silverdale Branch has some great people associated with it. However nothing is for certain and that can change in a hurry. Jim

I turned to them when I was fraudulently charged for a service , by a vendor that I hadn’t asked for. They were positive at first and said they would get it straightened out. A month later I got an letter stating that since it was not a problem they created, they couldn’t/wouldn’t help with. I never told them that they had created the problem but the vendor had. Now I’m stuck having to start all over. I was ripped off for about $800 by Yelp and can’t get a response from them.

This Bank does not know to handle and convert foreign currency to American dollars. I took foreign currency to them to get converted to American dollars. Not only did they mess up on the type of foreign currency they exchanged but told me they could not help me when I went back in to to correct the problem. Closed my account.

your teller at the bank window was incredibly rude to me. then when i told the manager about it, she was incredibly rude as well. Vancouver wa, mill plain branch. what a waste

Banking products over charge for customary services, cashiers checks, notary, etc.

Don't ever do business with this bank. They took so much money from me with no return. Happened to others as well and I'm looking into filling against them.

I really enjoy banking with Umpqua. Always a nice experience, whether online, or in person.
