Customer service went over and above to help with an issue that I had. I had worn my new Apple Watch Ultra 2 with the titanium band, while touring with my road bike. I had a big crash and destroyed my new watch and watchband. I had asked if there was a way to fix the band, and initially, was told, the links could be replaced, but when I sent a picture, the watchband was replaced completely at no charge.

Everything as expected! Good quality. I deducted one point because the cover of the Apple Watch could not be attached without air bubbles. I received two pieces, but both had the same air cushion after installing it.

Not only does the band match my Ultra 2 perfectly, it compliments it as well. I'm a "real" watch guy dipping his toe in, and I rarely wear a bracelet, but the Ultra Supply co. Ti band is an ideal match. I can wear it in the pool as well as at work. The inverted end-links make the bracelet drape well and the links have a great amount of articulation without being sloppy or jangly. If I were to identify areas for improvement, the clasp needs work. Two holes of microadjust simply aren't enough. I also understand why the links are pin-and-collar instead of screws. I am a pocket knife guy as well and I've seen stripped-out Ti scales from screws far harder than Ti being used. It's still pin-and-collar, though; there MUST be a better way. These two deficits are why I'm at 4 stars. Fix those, and this easily becomes a 5-star band.
