Still waiting for band to arrive yet…
Still waiting for band to arrive yet they are asking me to review and rate my experience. I ordered on 12-10 and have yet to receive my order. It is Christmas Day.

This order was international and did in fact take a long time to deliver due to the holiday season, however it was finally delivered. We hope that you're enjoying the Ultra bracelet and hopefully we can do business again in the future, when the delivery times are back to normal!

I never received my order
I never received my order - Ultra blames USPS. USPS says Ultra didn't fill out my address properly when it was entered by me. Only good thing so far has been Ultra's Chat Customer Service. Wanted to wear band to a few events but have missed the opportunity as band has never come. Ultra not a good look at all.

Hi Carter, thanks for your feedback about our Customer Service team. In this case the USPS failed delivery attempt, we tried by sending out a replacement package but the delivery failed again! In this case we ended up refunding the order. We hope to do business with you again in the future.
