Ultra Supply Co.Reviews of ultrasupplyco.com

Excellent and prompt customer service.

Update: Customer Service near perfect! Sent me a replacement that I am so far very, very happy with. Thank you so much to technician that didn’t hesitate to solve my problem! Product Quality. The link system is quite cool and very effective. However, there is a link, close to the clasp, that should not be movable as it keeps the whole thing together. That link is defective on my watch band to the extent that the link falls out, and the watch hits floor! Imagine your Ultra Watch 2 shattering on the floor, because the link falls out of the watch band.

Excellent build quality

Great buying experience and product

The ordering part was easy with great visuals and description to see what you would be getting. The actual product looks even better. I liked the packaging and the clear instructions including link to video on how you can adjust the strap length. It was a breeze to do the adjustment. The strap looks extremely good and very professional to wear with an Ultra 2. Looking forward to new designs from Ultra supply.

fast service, item as advertised

The product was as described. The quality was good. Delivery was good. I would do business with them again.

Really nice watch straps for the Apple Ultra range at very reasonable prices. Being a UK customer I had no problems ordering or receiving the item relatively quickly. Would certainly do business again. Keep up the good work!
